How to create campaign in Mailinside ?
- Create a Campaign:
- On the dashboard, look for a “Create Campaign” or “New Campaign” button or link. Click on it.
- Campaign Settings:
- Fill in the campaign details, including the campaign name, subject line, sender name, sender email, and reply to email.
- Choose the list(s) or segment(s) you want to send the campaign to.
- Email Content:
- Design your email content. You can either use the built-in email editor or import HTML from an external source.
- You can add personalization tags to make your emails more relevant to each recipient.
- Test and Preview:
- Before sending the campaign, it’s a good practice to send a test email to yourself or colleagues to ensure it looks as expected and there are no issues.
- Scheduling and Delivery:
- Decide whether you want to send the email immediately or schedule it for a specific date and time.
- Set any additional delivery options, like throttle control (rate at which emails are sent) and tracking options.
- Tracking and Analytics:
- Configure tracking options to monitor the campaign’s performance. MailWizz provides detailed analytics on opens, clicks, bounces, and more.
- Compliance and Legal Requirements:
- Make sure your campaign complies with email marketing laws and regulations, such as CAN-SPAM or GDPR, depending on your audience.
- Review and Confirm:
- Review all the settings and content to ensure everything is correct. Once you’re satisfied, confirm and initiate the campaign.
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- After the campaign is sent, monitor the results in the MailWizz dashboard. You can track open rates, click-through rates, bounces, and other relevant metrics.
- Optimize and Iterate:
- Use the campaign data to refine your email marketing strategy for future campaigns. A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization can help improve your email marketing performance.
